Welcome to Toqi, a mobile app designed to help students plan their studies more effectively, stay focused, and earn rewards for productive behavior. By accessing or using the Toqi app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Toqi, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

To access the full functionality of the App, registration is required. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Toqi offers both free and paid features. Paid plans may include ad-free experiences or additional features. All transactions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscription terms, billing, and cancellations are governed by those platforms.

While Toqi is currently ad-free, we reserve the right to introduce advertisements to support operations. Features such as peer collaboration, social media sharing, and additional gamification are under development.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and graphics in Toqi are owned by Scorora (or the individual developer, until formal registration) and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the App.

7. Third-Party Services

Toqi may integrate with third-party services (e.g., AWS, OpenAI, Google, Facebook, Stripe) to enhance functionality. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Toqi at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed appropriate.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally. You will be notified of significant changes within the App or via email.
